One of the largest projects carried out by the company in the field of civil construction is the general contract of reconstruction of a military settlement of the Ural area for internal forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, located in the city of Nizhni Tagil.

The project of military settlement is one of the stages in realization of the target federal program «Reorganization of military service for its transition to contract-based service, for some formations and military units ».

Similar projects will be realized in three more cities of Russia. This project is unique for the Ural region within the framework of the above program.

For realization of the project, Closed Joint-Stock Company "Mostengstroy" has employed 11 specialized subcontracting organizations that have been successful in a tough tender. The major part of civil engineering work is executed by the company’s own forces.

At the settlement’s reconstruction, modern technologies, constructive solutions, materials and equipment increasing the reliability and durability of the structures, facilitating and making the maintenance of buildings cheaper, and improving the level of comfort in the premises, are applied.
