Industrial construction
- construction of complex cast-in-situ foundations for equipment with reservoirs and chambers as part of a packaged continuous casting machine (CC machine-4) of the continuous steel casting department of the converter oxygen shop of Nizhny Tagil Iron and Steel Works (NTMK) (Nizhny Tagil);
- reconstruction of the blast-furnace production (complexes of furnace structures 5, 6) and the by-product coke production (batteries 5, 6) of NTMK;
- construction of span expansions of the continuous steel casting department of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) in the amount of 2,600 tons of metal structures, including crane structures for overhead cranes with carrying capacity 500/700 tons;
- construction of a complex of the Ladle-Furnace assemble of the converter production of OJSC Severstal with performance of work inside the shop without interruption of production;
- construction of the foundations for the frame and of the cast-in-situ foundation for the basic equipment of the amount of 1,735 m3 during construction of a continuous hot galvanizing assembly of the coating shop of OJSC MMK;
- construction and erection operations of zero cycles in two electric furnace melting shops of NSMMZ (Revda): construction of the foundations of the frame of the building with the use of drilled, driven piles and on the natural base, the foundations for equipment, participation in the design and actual performance of works for the construction of a scale pit and buried tunnels by the “diaphragm wall” method with the use of secant piles;
- construction of cast-in-situ foundations for equipment of the line CC machine FO-8-1 and FO-8-2, of the volume 820 m3 and 810 m3 respectively, during the construction of an electric furnace melting shop at Nizhneserginsk hardware metallurgical plant (Revda);
- reconstruction of a gas cleaning cast iron desulfurization department of the converter oxygen shop of OJSC Severstal (Cherepovets) with construction of a dry area enclosure out of a wall of tangent piles;
- construction of complexes of two continuous steel casting departments of the converter oxygen shop of OJSC Mechel (Chelyabinsk) with construction of the foundations and buried structures executed in the environment of the existing structures;
- construction of the frame of a building, of a complex of reverse cycle treatment facilities of the mill 250 NSMMZ, construction of the smoke stack foundations in space-limited environment without removing the old foundations at NSMMZ (Nizhniye Sergi);
- construction of groove-and tongue supporting walls (with the use of drilled piles restrained in rocky ground) of the total length over 1,240 meters about 12.5 high at the construction complex of an electric furnace melting shop at NSMMZ (Revda).
- construction of deep foundations and walls in the ground out of secant piles at the construction sites of business and trading centers Moscow-City, in the Kiev Square in Moscow, etc.
- reconstruction of the building of an oxygen station and a complex of auxiliary structures of the air separation shop at OJSC SUMZ (Revda);
- construction of a complex of supporting walls of an agglofactory of the total length over 240m out of tangent piles at OJSC MMK (Magnitogorsk);
- construction of a complex of two electric furnace melting shops (including works at the zero cycle stage), and of permanent and temporary supporting walls for the transport structures at OJSC NSMMZ (Revda);
